Over the years, I’ve encountered both the depths and heights of the wine game, from a primordial experience in the Basque Pyrenees at 'Asador Etxebarri’ along Maestro Agustí Peris, London’s notoriously transgressive winebar ‘Sager + Wilde’, the Grower Champagne & Gourmet-Hotdog institution ‘Bubbledogs’, as well as various re-occuring touchdowns with Haute Cuisine such as Two-Michelin-Starred ‘Kitchen Table’, Vicenza’s mind-bending ‘El Coq’ and Mallorca’s artistic ‘L’Esguard’.
Fascinated by the world of fragrances, I’ve extended my vinous scope into the realm of perfumery, infusing the masterclasses and events with a scented edge.
